Hi! In November I was doing NaNoWriMo! Although I didn’t get to the 50,000 word count. I wrote 36,260 words and it’s the longest story I’ve ever written and I’m still writing!
I’m proud of that 🥰😍
Title: The Last Breath Of Reggie Warrington
By: JABrownOfficial or J.A. Brown
Genre: Mystery / Thriller / Teen Fiction
Summary: When two former best friends like the same guy, it’s drama, drama, drama for Chloe and Reggie! They both like Ethan, but there’s a problem. Reggie, a teenaged boy, strongly believes that Ethan is homosexual and that he likes him, or mainly males in general, but Chloe, worried her former friend is barking up the wrong tree, can’t see any evidence to back up his theory. As Ethan is new in town, not many people know an awful lot about him, but one thing Chloe is certain of, is that Ethan recently split up from his previous girlfriend. Or so she believes.

My review of The Last Breath Of Reggie Warrington:
I love this story so far. There are so many twists and turns in The Last Breath Of Reggie Warrington. The cliffhangers at the end of the chapters made me automatically want to read more. The story was very well-written and I very much enjoyed the suspense in J.A. Brown’s writing.
The characters themselves, although not all likeable, were relatable and I felt empathy for them. I loved the way the characters interacted with each other and their various relationships.
Overall I loved The Last Breath Of Reggie Warrington and the characters, though Chloe and Lilly (Chloe’s younger sister), do have a special place in my heart ❤️ .

My review of Broken Ever After:
I loved this story. Quinn is a strong and likeable character, whose values are friendship and loyalty. Ames is hard working and caring character who looks after his two younger siblings. These two are very sweet together and care about each other immensely so when Ames is sick Quinn’s journey to save his life begins; it is both life-threatening and enchanting.
The unique retelling of the different fairytales, including Rumpelstiltskin, Rapunzel and Sleeping Beauty, among others, is incredible. It reminds me slightly of the books; The Land of Stories by Chris Colfer (amazing series).
While Quinn is in The Enchanted Kingdom she meets and falls head over heels for a certain Jacob Grimm… (I love him too 😍 )
This story is so creatively thought out and the epilogue was just beautiful. It touched me so much.
Adriana wrote Broken Ever Afters in such a delicate way and many readers will devour just as I did.

Title: Noisesome Ghosts
By: Clay Thistleton
Genre: Poetry / Paranormal
Summary: “Noisesome Ghosts is a collection of mainly found poems that investigates the phenomenon of ghosts and poltergeists that can speak and write, crossing the entire documented history of these mysterious entities from the second millennium BCE ghost of the Biblical prophet Samuel to the current case of the so-called demons in Seattle.”
Rating: 💚💚💚.5 (3.5) (See my Reviews Ratings post for more details)
My review of Noisesome Ghosts:
This poetry collection is one of a kind. I’ve never read anything quite like it!
These poems are recreated by Clay in such a unique way and the formatting, while sometimes a tad confusing, really express the living human beings as well as the dead souls’ thoughts and fears.
An example of this is:
“Are you buried in the garden? No
Can you tell us where? In the well
Do you mean under the fir tree? In the cellar ”
This passage strikes me especially because of the communication between life and death and the ways ghosts want to go back to the land of the living.
Overall, I think that this poetry collection is fascinating and very well-written.
Title: Cinderelliot
By: archertypes (Or Fury Evans)
Genre: Teen Fiction / LGBTQ+ / Poetry/Short Story
Summary: ❝He was my Prince Charming; I wasn’t his Cinderella.❞ Based on true events…
In this short story narrated from the perspective of an unsung version of Cinderella, Elliot Banks tells what it truly feels when you have an unrequited same-gender love with your straight close friend.
Rating: 💚💚💚💚💚 (See my Reviews Ratings post for more details)
My review of Cinderelliot:
I absolutely loved this story. It’s so well-written and I could feel Elliot’s pain. I have liked boys who already had girlfriends and I’ve also liked straight girls before, so I know how that feels…
It’s a stunning story of love, betrayal, and a twist of the classic Cinderella fairytale. Each chapter is written in a poetic form that flows beautifully and tells the uniquely sad story of unrequited love.
I also believe that the way the main character, Elliot describes the boy’s girlfriend is how many of us secretly (or otherwise 🤣) think about their loved ones other half and wish to win their affection.
Overall, the story pulls on people heartstrings and I very much enjoyed reading it. I liked putting myself in all the character’s shoes. I highly recommend Cinderelliot and hope you love it as much as I do.

Lyla adored the mint
green-eyed boy and in
his honour she dyed
her to match his eyes.
When he saw her
after he responded
by cupping her cheeks
and kissing her softly.
So, What should I review next?
Any self-published books or Wattpad books you can recommend?

I haven’t explained very much about the first poetry collection I’d ever self-published and it’s very special to me.
❤️🧡💛💚💙💜
When Daisies and Thunderstorms Collide is about a young lady (the Daisy) who falls for a young man (the Thunderstorm). It’s told in the perspective of a daisy who describes a thunderstorm as the gentle, pattering rain, the rolling thunder, the rainbow on dark days, etc. She also finds herself to be uninteresting and paints him as the beautiful one.
Somewhere in the middle of the book she shows her disappointment that the young man is not reciprocating her affections or making any effort at all. The daisy also finds herself becoming slightly bitter saying that he only talks to her when she speaks to him.
Towards the end she realises that actually she can do better than him and gradually starts to distance herself from the thunderstorm.
By the time the poetry book ends, she discovers that, not only can she be as delicate as a daisy, she can also be a raging thunderstorm in her own right.
